Frequently asked

Which agents does SessionRadar support?

Claude Code (by Anthropic) and Codex CLI (by OpenAI), including multiple accounts of each. More agents are on the roadmap. SessionRadar monitors tools you already have installed — it doesn't bundle or install them.

The app doesn't see my sessions. What do I check?

Open the Agents tab in the popup. Each agent needs two things: folder access (granted through the standard macOS open panel) and, for real-time status, the one-click hook installation. Both can be redone at any time from that tab — hooks are installed with automatic backups of your existing configuration.

Where is my data stored?

Entirely on your Mac, inside the app's sandbox container (~/Library/Containers/br.com.mariohercules.amc). Deleting the app and that container removes everything. Nothing is ever uploaded — see the privacy policy.

What's free and what's Pro?

Free covers the attention job forever: the live session list for all supported agents, today's cost and tokens, notifications and the small desktop widget. Pro — a one-time purchase, valid on all your Macs — unlocks the dashboard window, history, multiple accounts per agent, medium/large widgets and the daily budget alert.

How do refunds work?

Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds go through them: reportaproblem.apple.com. To move Pro to another Mac, just sign in with the same Apple ID and use "Restore Purchases" on the paywall.
